Returns & Refunds Policy

At Shoreline Sets, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing your order.


Press On Nails

Due to hygiene reasons and the handmade nature of our products, all press on nail sales are final.

Custom nail sets, personalised orders and made to order items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless the item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Please ensure you select the correct size before ordering. We recommend using our sizing guide or purchasing a sizing kit where available.

Shoreline Sets is not responsible for incorrect sizing chosen by the customer.


Jewellery

Unworn jewellery may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

For hygiene reasons, worn items cannot be returned.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• Details of the issue

We will review each case individually and arrange a replacement, refund or store credit where appropriate.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non refundable unless the item is faulty or an error has been made by Shoreline Sets.
